Keene High School, part of SAU 29, is actively seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as the Director of School Counseling. This is a pivotal leadership role at the high school level, responsible for guiding our comprehensive school counseling program, empowering our students, supporting our dedicated counseling staff, and playing a key role in our administrative systems.

We're looking for a leader who will:

• Inspire and mentor a team of talented school counselors.
• Develop and implement innovative counseling programs that meet the evolving needs of our diverse student population.
• Foster a culture of college and career readiness, social-emotional well-being, and academic achievement.
• Manage and optimize our PowerSchool Student Information System (SIS) for courses, instruction, and student registration.
• Collaborate effectively with administration, faculty, parents, and community stakeholders.
• Champion an inclusive and supportive environment for all students.
