About Job
- Provide standard and clinical supervision to staff members
- Manage and process crisis situations with program staff and clients
- Maintain electronic medical record training and assist staff with questions and concerns
- Review treatment records and reports for documentation improvement
- Manage staff and department within span of control
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Supervise case program consultations with staff
- Maintain systems to ensure program requirements are followed
- Attend meetings, conferences, and trainings in the community
- Assess community needs and provide service when indicated
- Work collaboratively with inter-departmental groups
- Complete required documentation and paperwork
- Conduct regular staff meetings
- Assume responsibility for reports required by the agency or funding sources
- Work in consultation with Total Quality Management Director
- Follow a professional code of ethics
- Other duties as assigned
- Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m., with a minimum of one late evening shift per week. Additional hours expected including evenings and weekends.
