```Duties```
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to gather data on clients' mental health and behavioral issues
- Provide clinical counseling and therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities, behavioral health concerns, or mental health disorders
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on clients' needs and goals
- Utilize evidence-based practices and behavioral therapy techniques to support clients' progress
- Collaborate with other professionals, such as special education teachers or pediatricians, to coordinate care and ensure holistic treatment
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records, documenting progress and treatment outcomes
- Stay updated on current research and best practices in the field of mental health counseling
```Qualifications```
- Must hold a valid license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of [State]
- Master's degree in Counseling or related field
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral health concerns is preferred
- Strong knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques and evidence-based practices
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to counseling

Pay: $45,915.52 - $55,296.12 per year
