As we expand our brand, we are looking for an experienced, energetic, and compassionate Client Care Manager to help us deliver exceptional care and support to our clients and field staff.
The Client Care Manager plays a vital role in ensuring BrightStar Care delivers on our promise of high-quality, compassionate care. This individual will lead client care management, ensure top-notch service at every touchpoint, and hold our field staff to the highest standards. This includes managing staff scheduling to meet client needs, monitoring authorizations and overtime, and serving as a key point of contact for our clients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain client care standards to ensure a seamless experience for clients and families.
- Oversee staff scheduling to meet client needs and minimize non-billable overtime.
- Serve as the primary liaison for client care, conducting proactive check-ins, unannounced quality visits, and addressing client concerns promptly.
- Partner with the branch leadership team to support the growth of the branch.
- Drive field staff performance management, training, and retention initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with branch policies, licensure, accreditation standards, HIPAA regulations, and employment laws.
- Monitor and track key data metrics to evaluate employee utilization and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the Director of Nursing and other team members to align staffing with client care plans.
- Manage crisis situations, investigate complaints, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Support on-call scheduling and step in to cover care shifts when necessary to maintain service continuity.
What We’re Looking For:
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree (or a combination of education and relevant experience).
- 1–2 years of experience managing scheduling and/or client care in a high-volume healthcare agency or branch.
- Prior experience in home care or medical staffing strongly preferred.
- Strong leadership and accountability mindset with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and scheduling software.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and required auto insurance.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $48,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
