What Youll Be Doing:**

Support individuals with severe and persistent mental illness

and emotionally disturbed youth in reaching their personal goals.

Help create and carry out personalized treatment plans with

patients and their families.

Traveling across our 20-county catchment area as needed

(center vehicle provided).

Lead or assist in life-enriching group activities and

skill-building sessions.

Advocate for patients, connecting them with vital **community

resources and services**.

Keep records updated and accurate to ensure great care and

compliance.

Share in on-call support duties with a rotating team schedule.

Who Were Looking For:

Experience counts! We accept **equivalent work experience in

human services** (teaching, daycare, CNA, etc.) or a BA/BS degree. One year of related work = one year of college.

Great with peoplestrong communication and empathy are a must.
Comfortable in a variety of human service settings.
Able to pass background checks (KBI, child/adult abuse registry,

motor vehicle screens).

Able to pass drug screen & be subject to a random drug testing pool.
