You're the one who keeps referrals from falling through the cracks. You know the systems, the questions to ask, and what intake looks like when it's done right. This role is only for those with prior home health intake experience—no exceptions.

What you'll handle:

• Receive and process referrals from hospitals, facilities, and MDs

• Verify insurance, authorizations, and payor sources

• Enter clean, accurate info into the EMR

• Communicate with field staff, schedulers, and leadership

• Keep things moving when multiple requests hit at once

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience in home health intake (this is non-negotiable)

• Fast, focused, detail-oriented

• Strong phone and written communication

• Solid tech skills—no need to babysit your inbox or EMR entries

• Calm under pressure and comfortable owning outcomes

Pay: $19–$24/hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Full-time, on-site
Location: Chesapeake, VA
