Position: BCBA (Summer School Program)
Schedule: 4 days/week (Monday–Thursday)
Hours: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Duration: June 30th – July 31st
Pay Rate: Up to $53/hr (based on experience)
Location: Ann Arbor, MI (One campus)
Job Description:
Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
Provide direct supervision and training to RBTs and school staff.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to support student success.
Monitor and analyze student progress, adjusting strategies as needed.
Ensure compliance with ethical and professional standards in ABA practices.
Education & Certification Requirements:
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
Active BCBA certification required.
Prior experience working in school-based or pediatric ABA settings preferred.
Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
