Were seeking a dedicated Behavior Interventionist to work with K12 students in a school-based setting in South Carolina for the upcoming 20252026 school year. This is a full-time, W2 contracted position offering consistency, purpose, and an opportunity to help students thrive academically and behaviorally.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct 1:1 and small group behavior support to students

• Implement and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)

• Track student progress and maintain behavior data

• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and school psychologists

• Support positive behavior strategies and help build social-emotional skills

Qualifications:

• Experience working in behavioral or special education settings preferred

• Background in ABA or behavioral support is a plus

• Must be able to build rapport with students and school teams

• High school diploma or higher required

• Must meet South Carolina school employment requirements (background check, etc.)
