Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families, creating a welcoming environment for individuals from diverse backgrounds.
  • Provide individualized outpatient therapy for both individuals and families, tailoring your approach to meet their unique needs and fostering resilience.
  • Develop comprehensive crisis plans, safety plans, relapse prevention plans, and wellness plans to support clients on their mental health journeys.
  • Engage in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning to ensure the highest level of care for clients.
  • Complete billing documentation, and individualized treatment plans efficiently, maintaining professional standards.
  • Collaborate across our multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and dietitians to deliver holistic mental health care.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or a related field.
  • Provisional license as required by state regulations.
  • Background leading to professional licensing.
  • Passionate about mental health with a commitment to quality care.
  • Dedicated to ongoing professional development with access to free supervision and continued education.
  • Eager to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for enhanced client care.
  • Strong ethical commitment to confidentiality and professional practice.
  • Excellent communication skills with a knack for building rapport with clients and families.
  • Effective time management skills, ensuring efficient completion of administrative tasks.
