About The Position
Alaska Regional Hospital Travel Social Worker - It is an Master s Social Worker. LMSWCost Center 91713 Weeks8 hour days 8am to 4:30pm One will be on M-F, one will be on F-MEMR-EPIC, MIDAS (must have experience using these) Ratio- 1:8Must have active SW license with AlaskaMust have secured housing and transportation before accepting the assignmentFloat to: SW covers all units and rotational coverage in ER, Mother/BabyTypical Procedures Performed: assessment of social situations/needs and writes plans accordingly. Participates in multidisciplinary team rounds for Discharge Planning. Required: LMSW, Masters in Social Work or equal educational degree.Required: Independent starter, willingness to consult with other professionals, creativity-Alaska is unique along with its issues. Attire: scrubs or business casualNo On callOccasional weekend coverage (rarely)
