Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough functional behavior assessments and design customized treatment plans
- Lead, supervise, and mentor Behavior Technicians and Program Supervisors to uphold service quality
- Provide training and ongoing support to parents across multiple environments, including in-center, home, school, community, and telehealth
- Ensure precise data collection and documentation while maintaining a minimum of 30 billable hours weekly
- Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to internal training programs and quality assurance efforts
- Master’s degree in ABA or related field
- Active BCBA certification
- Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities or autism spectrum disorder
- Strong communication and technological proficiency
- Proven ability to work effectively within a collaborative team setting
- Ability to pass TB test, immunizations, and background check
- Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus
