Key Responsibilities

Conduct thorough functional behavior assessments and design customized treatment plans
Lead, supervise, and mentor Behavior Technicians and Program Supervisors to uphold service quality
Provide training and ongoing support to parents across multiple environments, including in-center, home, school, community, and telehealth
Ensure precise data collection and documentation while maintaining a minimum of 30 billable hours weekly
Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to internal training programs and quality assurance efforts

Requirements

Master’s degree in ABA or related field
Active BCBA certification
Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities or autism spectrum disorder
Strong communication and technological proficiency
Proven ability to work effectively within a collaborative team setting
Ability to pass TB test, immunizations, and background check

Preferred Qualifications

Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus
