Schedule: Mon-Fri 9 am-5 pm; on-call rotation required

Salary: $74,780 - $78,480 / year (depending upon education / license)

Sign-On Bonus: $8000; $2667 upon completion of 30 days, $2667 upon completion of 6 months, $2668 upon completion of 9 months

The Team Clinician promotes the full integration and functioning of adults with psychiatric conditions by providing person centered clinical community services. Supporting the Adult Clinical Community Services (ACCS) model, the Team Clinician will work in a community-based setting and perform clinical duties including intake, assessment, treatment planning and clinical interventions whether the client lives independently in the community, in a Group Living Environment or a Supported Independent Environment.

The Team Clinician will also be responsible for:
  • Determining needs for rehabilitative services as required.
  • Providing leadership amongst the team by directing the interventions provided by Team Outreach Workers
  • Overseeing treatment interventions in GLEs/SIEs and model appropriate interventions.
  • Training and supporting staff in delivering clinical evidence-based practices

    • Pathways to Licensure Application Program: In lieu of licensure you could qualify for this position if you have:
      • Completed all educational requirements for licensure and/or certification for LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, BCBA, LADC 1, RN, OTR or Licensed Psychologist
      • Plan to achieve licensure and/or certification in a timely manner, in collaboration with your direct supervisor.
      • Complete employer (Vinfen) sponsored Pathways to Licensure application approved by DMH (completed at time of hire).
  • Clinical experience working with people with psychiatric disability and/or co-occurring disorders is preferred.
  • Preference is given to bilingual/bicultural applicants and applicants with lived experience of psychiatric conditions.
  • Must have access to an operational and insured vehicle and be willing to use it to transport Person Served.
  • All applicants must be able to become CPR, and First Aid certified within defined timelines. Trainings are offered by Vinfen upon hire.
  • Must be a least 21 years of age and be able to pass a CORI, driving record, reference, educational and professional licensure check as well as a multi-state background check.
