Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) located in Chicago, IL. The BCBA will be responsible for conducting behavioral assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing behavior therapy to pediatric patients. Key responsibilities include implementing ABA strategies, managing and training behavior therapists, collaborating with families to offer parent education, and monitoring progress through data collection and analysis.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
  • Experience in psychology and behavior management
  • Skills in parent education and collaboration with families
  • Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Experience with pediatric patients and autism spectrum disorders is preferred
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
