This is a full-time hybrid role for a Social Work Professional Development Educator based in Marietta, GA. The role involves developing, coordinating, and implementing professional development programs for social workers. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, facilitating training sessions, providing mentorship, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. The educator will work both onsite and remotely to support professional growth and enhance the skills of social work staff.

• Experience in developing and implementing professional development programs
• Extensive knowledge of social work practice and principles
• Strong training and mentoring skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment
• Master's degree in Social Work or related field
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) certification is preferred
• Experience in healthcare settings is a plus
