Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a background in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and demonstrate a commitment to improving the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities. The BCBA will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing ongoing support and training to staff and families.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments using diagnostic evaluations to identify behavioral challenges and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement evidence-based interventions grounded in Applied Behavior Analysis principles to promote positive behavior changes.
- Collect and analyze data on client progress, ensuring accurate medical documentation and adherence to medical records standards.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including educators and healthcare professionals, to support clients' behavioral health needs.
- Provide training and supervision to staff on ABA techniques, ensuring consistency in implementation across settings.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of medical terminology relevant to behavioral health and special education practices.
- Engage with families to provide guidance, support, and resources related to their child's developmental disabilities.
Qualifications
- Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) is required.
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis principles and techniques.
- Proficiency in data collection methods and analysis for tracking client progress.
- Familiarity with medical documentation processes and medical records management.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, families, and team members.
- A background in special education or related fields is a plus.

Pay: $70,203.42 - $90,567.55 per year
