Job description

Hope Autism Therapies is looking for a full-time Clinical Supervisor to provide services for our clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder and/or other developmental delays and their families throughout the Orange County area. $100,000/year until credentialed with major payors and $110,000-$120,000 per year, following credentialing has been completed.

Job duties

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments
• Design ABA Program
• Produce progress reports and treatment plans
• Develop and implement ABA programs for individuals with autism
• Develop parent goals and provide parent consultation/training
• Provide staff supervision/training
• Oversee RBTs and staff acquiring BCBA supervision hours
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Job Requirements

• MUST have a Master's Degree with a BCBA certification
• Experience providing services to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder
• Proficient in report writing
• Team player
• Professional, Responsible, accountable , reliable and excellent communicator
• Reliable transportation and clear criminal background
• Bilingual (Spanish)
