Fun, energetic, self-directed, organized, creative Behavior Technician to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to children ages 2 -17.

Knowledge, skills, and experience related to ABA are preferred, but not required. An RBT certification is preferred but not required - we provide ABA training during our onboarding process.

The candidate must possess experience working with children, especially children diagnosed with autism, possess knowledge of developmental norms, and demonstrate satisfactory clinical writing skills. In addition to clinical skills and knowledge, it is important that this individual is able to develop rapport with colleagues and families as relationships are paramount at Reaching New Heights.
