We're looking for compassionate and driven Residential Counselors who are ready to make a real difference in the lives of individuals battling substance abuse and mental health disorders.

What You'll Do

As a Residential Counselor, you'll be the heart of our recovery mission:

• Complete intakes, psychosocial assessments, and level-of-care recommendations

• Build individualized treatment plans centered on client goals and readiness

• Provide one-on-one and group counseling using evidence-based practices like CBT, MI, Trauma-Focused CBT, and more

• Guide clients through their recovery journey with empathy, structure, and unwavering support

• Handle discharge planning and follow-ups

• Support fee collection, documentation, and shift coordination

What You Bring

• Knowledge of evidence-based treatment models (MI, CBT, CRAFT)

• Calm and collected in crisis situations

• Stellar communication skills, both written and verbal

• Tech-savvy: Outlook, Word, and electronic health record systems

• Culturally sensitive and committed to equity

• Flexible to cover shifts with a month's notice

Your Credentials

• CASAC with 1+ year of experience

• OR CASAC-T with 2-3 years experience

• Must be computer proficient and able to work a flexible schedule
