We're currently seeking a Yard Supervisor to oversee daily yard operations, lead a dedicated team, and ensure safe and efficient handling of materials and deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise yard staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  
• Load/unload materials using forklifts and other equipment
  
• Maintain organized yard layout and accurate inventory
  
• Coordinate deliveries and support dispatch/logistics operations
  
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure equipment is operated correctly
  
• Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a yard, warehouse, or construction-related field
  
• Proven team leadership or supervisory experience
  
• Forklift certified or significant forklift operating experience
  
• Strong communication and organizational skills
  
• Ability to work approximately 50 hours per week (Monday–Friday or Tuesday–Saturday)
  

Preferred Qualifications (a major plus):

• CDL (Commercial Driver's License)
  
• Experience with delivery coordination or dispatch operations
