• Must have BCBA credential
• Must have a positive, enthusiastic disposition
• Must be willing to work as a team with other professionals and BCBAs.
• Train and supervise RBTs, Teachers, and Paraprofessionals in ABA.
• Make goal recommendations for students.
• Create protocol sheets, data forms, and consult/progress notes.
• Meet with parents to discuss programming, interventions, and progress.
• Attend IEP meetings.
• Conduct FAs and create BIPs for individual students.
• Monitor progress and update plans.
• Maintain progress logs, monitored data, and maintain program notes/books/forms.
• Give performance feedback to staff regarding protocols.
• Conduct ABA-based training per the needs of the staff and students.
• Hold team meetings to discuss progress and give performance feedback.
• Other duties as agreed upon.
