Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Compensation: $115,000–$120,000 annually + full benefitsCore Responsibilities:
- Conduct mental health assessments and therapy sessions
- Implement treatment plans and adjust them as needed
- Coordinate care with a team of clinicians and referral partners
- Document clinical activities promptly and professionally
- Participate in regular peer consultations
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or similar
- Current NY state license (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT)
- 2+ years of counseling experience
- Well-organized and confident with clinical decision-making
- Understanding of trauma or dual diagnosis is beneficial
