Day to Day:

• 80% of the time on the phones
• Inbound calls from concerned parents looking to place their children or child in a facility
• These calls consist of conversations around:
• Situations with children struggling with mental health
• Financials and insurances
• Location of facility to admit them too
• Follow up to calls from last week or the week prior
• 20% include meetings, collaboration, training, etc.

Must Haves:

• 1+ year of behavioral health call center admissions experience OR clinician experience wanting to get into sales OR sales experience wanting to get into healthcare
• Good sales acumen

Plusses:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Certification or additional schooling
• Someone with personal experience within the same industry

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
