Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) located in El Paso, TX. The role involves conducting behavior assessments, designing and implementing behavior intervention plans, and providing direct therapy to children with special needs. The BCBA will also collaborate with families and other professionals to educate and support parents, caregivers, and teachers in behavior management techniques. Routine tasks include collecting data, monitoring progress, and adjusting intervention strategies as needed.

Qualifications

- Proficient in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques
- Experience in Parent Education and Behavior Management strategies
- Background in Psychology or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with children and families in a supportive manner
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field preferred
- Experience working with children with special needs is a plus
