## Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals with autism and possess a passion for providing exceptional patient care.

## Responsibilities
- Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Conduct direct 1:1 therapy sessions with individuals
- Collect and record data on patient progress
- Assist in patient assessment and diagnostic evaluation processes
- Collaborate with the clinical team to develop and implement treatment goals
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines

## Skills
- Experience in behavioral therapy and applied behavior analysis
- Ability to work effectively with individuals with autism spectrum disorder
- Strong patient care skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in conducting patient assessments and diagnostic evaluations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with people of all ages
- Ability to inhale a positive attitude and approach towards patient care

After 4pm Monday through Thursday

After 12pm Fridays
