Are you a licensed Psychologist eager to lead a transformative forensic mental health program?Liberty Healthcare is seeking a Clinical Director to oversee our award-winning Jail Based Competency Treatment program at West Valley Detention Center in Rancho Cucamonga, CA - the largest of its kind in the State of California.This groundbreaking program provides court-mandated forensic assessments, psychiatric stabilization, and competency restoration services to patients deemed incompetent to stand trial in San Bernardino County.Ideally located within a 1 to 2-hour drive of Los Angeles, San Diego, and Palm Springs, this position offers a unique leadership opportunity in forensic mental health with the flexibility of a hybrid work environment.As Clinical Director, you will oversee a multidisciplinary team of forensic mental health professionals, ensuring high-quality care while collaborating with state and county partners.Leadership responsibilities include:
  • Managing a multidisciplinary team of professionals
  • Implementing quality improvement initiatives to ensure patients receive high quality forensic mental health services
  • Facilitating treatment team meetings
  • Guiding treatment planning
  • Building collaborative relationships with county and state partners
Clinical responsibilities include:
  • Conducting comprehensive competence evaluations
  • Formulating treatment plans
  • Writing reports
  • Providing court testimony
