Bright Achievements is a leading provider of in-home ABA services throughout the state of New Jersey. Our mission is to deliver individualized, high-quality care that supports meaningful progress for those we serve in the ABA community.

We are currently seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for professionals looking to advance their careers in a supportive and collaborative environment.

In-person services are required, with flexible scheduling options available, including daytime, afternoon, and evening hours in both school and home-based settings.

Duties:

  • Provide initial and/or continuing in-home client (re)assessments including ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, Vineland and AFLS

  • Conduct functional Behavior Assessments

  • Develop and create programs for each individual under your caseload

  • Train and supervise Behavior Technicians in the delivery of 1:1 ABA services

  • Plan, manage, and evaluate assigned staff in order to properly address behavioral excesses and deficits by building functional skill repertoires

  • Provide ABA training for families in correlation with Authorization Requirements

  • Manage electronic data regarding the client’s progress using the system of Rethink Behavioral Health

  • Strong interpersonal and writing skills

BCBA Job Requirements:

  • Must hold an active Board Certified Behavioral Analysis Certificate within the United States

  • Master’s Degree

  • 1+ years of experience

  • 8 Hour Supervision Certificate preferred

Job Type:

  • Part-time / Full-Time Opportunities Available

  • Schedule: Flexible; based on client availability

  • Location: Dependent on client location (Hybrid, In-Person, and Remote options available)

  • Compensation: Based on experience and skill level
