- Competitive pay: $130-$150/hour based on experience and licensure
- Flexibility: Per-diem hours with options Monday-Friday, 5:30 AM-1:30 PM

- Conducting psychiatric assessments and completing timely written reports.
- Prescribing and monitoring psychotropic medications as appropriate.
- Providing follow-up care, evaluating medication efficacy, and adjusting treatment plans as needed.
- Collaborating with medical staff, counselors, clients, and significant others to develop and coordinate personalized recovery plans.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records in compliance with state, federal, and agency regulations.
- Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings and presenting cases as needed to ensure comprehensive client care.
- A current active psychiatric license to practice in New Jersey
- 3+ years of relevant experience in addiction treatment or mental health services
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
- A valid driver's license
