Empowers families to work through challenges and access community resources.QualificationsEDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTBachelor's degree from a 4-year college or university in Social Work or Social Science, Child and Family Sciences, Child Development, Organizational Leadership, Psychology, Community Health Education (not exercise or kinesiology), Elementary Education; or related field.EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTSNo additional experience.COMPUTER SKILLSAn individual should know Spreadsheet and Word Processing software.CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONSMust possess a valid driver's license with a driving history verified through a motor vehicle report that meets requirements for Cherokee Nation underwriting rating.OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIESPreference for speakers of Cherokee, Spanish, or American Sign Language.OTHER QUALIFICATIONSMust meet and maintain pre-employment and periodic background investigation and adjudication for child care. Educated on and compliant with HIPAA regulations; maintains strict confidentiality of client information. The employee must not be and will not be under sanction by the United States Department of Health and Human Services Office of the Inspector General (OIG) or by the General Services Administration (GSA) or listed on the OIG’s Cumulative Sanction Report, or the GSA’s List of Excluded Providers; pr listed on the OIG’s List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE).PHYSICAL DEMANDSWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear.
