- Deliver ABA interventions to clients in their homes.
- Collect, record, and analyze data on client progress, preparing it for presentation under the guidance of a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst).
- Collaborate with program staff to ensure the consistency and effectiveness of therapy programs.
- Provide feedback to parents and guardians on daily activities and client progress.
- Implement and refine personalized ABA therapy programs.
- Assist in developing behavior intervention plans.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members to ensure successful therapy and support.
- Demonstrate eagerness to learn and accept constructive feedback.
- Follow instructions carefully and seek clarity when needed.
- Adapt to working in both team settings and independently as required by the program.
- Have reliable transportation to travel to clients' homes.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) preferred but not required we will train.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and adapt to the physical demands of the role.
- Willingness to obtain In-Person First Aid/CPR certification.
- Valid Driver's License, reliable transportation (we do not transport clients), and up-to-date insurance.
