About the Role:
Join TREEHOUSE THERAPY CENTER LLC as a Behavior Technician, where you will play a vital role in supporting children with developmental challenges.


Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Provide one-on-one support to children in various settings, including home and community environments.
• Collect and analyze data on client progress and behavior.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with families.
• Utilize positive reinforcement strategies to encourage desired behaviors.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
• Maintain a safe and supportive environment for all clients.
• Assist in the development of new therapeutic activities and interventions.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree in psychology or a related field is preferred.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental disorders is a plus.
• Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Compassionate demeanor and a genuine interest in helping others.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Ability to pass background checks as required by state regulations.
