Join our team as a Lead Intake Support Specialist to oversee client intake processes, ensuring efficiency and compliance with organizational standards.

Compensation & Benefits:

Estimated Starting Salary Range for Intake Support Specialist: $28.84/hour

Pay commensurate with experience.

Full time benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, and other possible benefits as provided. Benefits are subject to change with or without notice.

Intake Support Specialist Responsibilities Include:

• Manage and oversee the intake process for new clients.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and assessments.
• Supervise and provide guidance to Peer Support Specialists.
• Facilitate regular team meetings to discuss client needs and best practices.
• Monitor intake procedures and recommend process improvements.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned
  
  

Intake Support Specialist Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:

• Must have a High School Diploma.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and assessments.
• Supervise and provide guidance to Peer Support Specialists.
• Facilitate regular team meetings to discuss client needs and best practices.
• Monitor intake procedures and recommend process improvements.
