The Heritage at Fountain Point is Hiring!

Our Resident Care Coordinator Will:

• Work closely with the Director of Healthcare/Associate Director to recreate a bi-weekly schedule for all shifts.
• Ensure all resident documents are kept up to date with care and services being provided per both the Resident Service Agreement and state regulations.
• Provide assistance to residents in daily live activities including the administration of medicine.
• Serve as a shift lead, also overseeing the supply inventory for the Nursing department.
• Build strong relationships in a positive environment throughout the community.

Our Resident Care Coordinator Has:

• 2+ years of experience as a Certified Medication Aide
• 1+ years of experience in a leadership role.
• An active state required Medication Aide (CMA) certification.
