Brief Job Description: This employee will be responsible for providing SUD Treatment services at the Fayette county outpatient, meeting productivity standards, and ensuring prompt, timely, and accurate documentation of services provided.

Education/Skill Preferred:

1. Minimum LCDC II or higher SUD licensure

2. Work experience with population, minimum of 6 months preferred

3. Current ODM provider number

4. Understanding of BH Terminology and ICD 10 Codes

5. Excellent Electronic Health Record skills

6. Experience with completing prior authorizations for MCOs

7. Excellent organizational and time management skills

Job Duties: Daily Percentage:

SUD Services 60–70%

Documentation of Services 15–20%

Other Duties as assigned 5–10 %
