DESCRIPTION

We provide meaningful day services for our clients to be involved in their community so they can try new things, make choices, and do activities and hobbies they enjoy. Imagine spending your day helping people:

  • at a Dayton Dragons game
  • play laser tag
  • visit local parks
  • go bowling or swimming
  • volunteer
  • eat lunch out

As one of our Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), you offer supports making inclusion and independence possible for our clients to achieve amazing life goals.

The schedule is steady and approximately 6:00 AM- 5:00 pm, Monday – Friday.

REQUIREMENTS

  • High school diploma/GED or above.
  • Ability to type 25 words per minute and navigate a company-issued laptop.
  • A clean driving record and willingness to transport clients in company vehicles.
  • Ability to pass a background and drug screening (a list of the disqualifying offenses can be provided if needed).
  • Ability to provide personal care which will include restrooming/toileting as well as pushing individuals in wheelchairs throughout the day.
