We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Fully Licensed Counselor to join our team who enjoys working with kids and teens. We are a small private practice in Justin, TX who values integrity, supporting our clinicians, and balancing work with our family lives.

You are able to screen your own clients and only take on clients you are comfortable working with. Being a small private practice allows us to keep a friendly, family-feel to our office. All of our clinicians enjoy working together and providing case consultation or support whenever needed!

In order to help as many families in our community as we can, we are an insurance-based practice. Candidates must be fully licensed Clinicians who are eligible to be enrolled with insurance companies.

The ideal candidate will provide therapy to kids and teens who are facing various challenges, including ADHD, anxiety, depression, and school/family issues.

Duties

• Conduct intake assessments to understand clients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Provide counseling for individuals on your caseload (Minimum of 18 clients a week) following the interventions in their treatment plan.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, progress notes, and treatment plans.
• Respond to all forms of communication in a professional tone and timely manner.
• Stay informed about best practices in social work and counseling methodologies.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field. Must be fully licensed therapist.
• Experience in direct patient care.
• Experience with play therapy a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
