Home and Care Billings – Community Liaison (Full-Time)

Home and Care Billings is seeking a dynamic and motivated Community Liaison to join our growing team. In this key role, you will help drive referrals from the community, hospitals, physicians, and skilled nursing facilities—supporting our mission of providing compassionate and high-quality home health services across Billings and surrounding areas.

Position Overview:

The Community Liaison is responsible for leading local outreach and relationship-building efforts that generate referrals and increase awareness of our services. This role supports the overall growth strategy and enhances the presence of Home and Care in the Montana healthcare community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to increase referrals and client engagement.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with referral sources including physicians, hospitals, case managers, and skilled nursing facilities.
• Promote Home and Care’s services through in-person visits, calls, and digital outreach.
• Coordinate and attend community events, presentations, and meetings to enhance visibility.
• Maintain and grow a pipeline of leads using a CRM or referral tracking system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and communication with new clients.
• Support marketing efforts by contributing to campaign content, social media, and promotional materials.
• Track and analyze referral trends and marketing metrics to improve outreach efforts.
• Represent Home and Care’s values and commitment to quality in every community interaction.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Proven success in healthcare marketing, home health, or outside medical sales preferred.
• Experience in growing census and building professional relationships in the healthcare field.
• Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of local healthcare providers and referral networks in the Billings area is highly preferred.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet goals.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
• Clinical background is a plus, but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
