Pleasant View Shiawassee County Medical Care Facility is a 5 star skilled nursing facility located in Owosso. We are looking for another social worker to provides social services to residents, their families, and significant others to enable them to deal with the impact of illness and extended care placement. They arrange for the meeting of these needs through social service programming and appropriate referrals to outside agencies, community resources, and professional services. They participate in resident care management and responsible for carrying out established social service provisions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
