We are interested in candidates that enhance our internal social-emotional health system by providing services that strengthen home, school, and community partnerships and address barriers to learning and achievement.RESPONSIBILITIES:

Coordinate and facilitate the support of students and families that are referred to the Family Support Center.
Assist families in accessing and utilizing community resources.
Communicate and consult with a variety of school staff in a proficient, student-centered and positive manner.
Serve a liaison between home, school, community/private agency to coordinate care and services.
Provide family counseling services.
Refer, as necessary, to Mental Health Services outside of the school environment.
Maintain accurate data and records.
