We are seeking a Long Island based, ABA Behavioral Specialist, to join our team at Blue Sea Educational Consulting.

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of families? We are seeking a compassionate and knowledgeable ABA Parent Trainer to join our growing team in Long Island. This role is ideal for professionals who want to empower parents and caregivers with the tools and strategies of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to help their children thrive at home and in the community.

As an ABA Parent Trainer, you will work directly with families of children with autism and other developmental delays, coaching them in effective behavior management and skill-building techniques based on ABA principles. You will provide support in both individual and group settings, tailoring training to meet the unique needs of each family.

Requirements

• Master's degree in ABA/Social Work/ Psychology/Special Education or related field. No exceptions.
• Must have experience working with children with developmental disabilities or autism
• Strong knowledge of ABA techniques and behavioral therapy practices.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with students, families, and staff

This is a 1099 role, with the opportunity to create your own schedule, make your own hours, choose your own cases, and still have the support of our entire clinical team. Electronic billing for accurate and on time payments!

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $40.00 - $70.00 per hour
