A full-time Medical Director position is now available with Liberty Healthcare at the Catawba Community Mental Health Center.
The Catawba Community Mental Health Center provides high quality outpatient services to children, adolescents, adults, and families who are experiencing mental illness.
The Center operates under the South Carolina Department of Mental Health. Selected Psychiatrists at the Center work through a long-term collaborative partnership with Liberty Healthcare Corporation.

Skills & Requirements
A South Carolina medical license is required as well as Board Certification in Psychiatry.
Board Certification in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry is a plus but not required. An interest in providing psychiatric care to children and adolescents is helpful by not essential.

- Ensuring patients receive high quality care, consistent with best practices
- Collaborating with the Center's leadership team, clinical staff, and ancillary professionals
- Providing psychiatric care to adults - and potentially children, and adolescents
- Supervision of Psychiatric and Mental Health Nurse Practitioners
