Summary

As a Clinical Psychologist at Wise Future Group Support Services, LLC, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality psychological care to clients. Located in a supportive environment, this position is essential for enhancing the mental health and recovery journey of individuals through assessment, therapy, and intervention.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
• Provide therapy and counseling services using evidence-based practices.
• Utilize telehealth platforms to deliver remote psychological services when necessary.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic client care.
• Engage in crisis intervention strategies as needed to support clients in distress.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes.
• Supervise and mentor junior staff or interns as required.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Valid state licensure as a Clinical Psychologist.
• Experience with telehealth practices is highly desirable.
• Strong background in addiction counseling or crisis intervention preferred.
• Proficiency in psychological testing and patient assessment techniques.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
• Experience working with children or adolescents is a plus but not required.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.

Pay: $119,405.00 - $125,951.00 per year
