- Active and unrestricted driver's license
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Mental health experience preferred

- Support the daily living skills and independence of all residents.
- Participate in the treatment planning process.
- Schedule and follow-up on appointments.
- Transport and accompany to appointments and activities as necessary.
