Supports and coordinates daily nursing activities in patient care units, providing direction to clinical staff and ensuring smooth operations.

• Manages staffing, assigns tasks, and delegates responsibilities to optimize patient care.
• Oversees both routine and complex patient care, addressing long-term goals and managing clinical contingencies.
• Coaches and counsels team members, monitors performance, and facilitates staff development.
• Maintains documentation of staffing, operations, and compliance with policies.
• Promotes respectful communication with patients and families, supporting their dignity and rights.
• Resolves conflicts and mediates among team members and departments.
• Requires a BSN (preferred), 2+ years of clinical experience, BLS certification, and RN licensure.
• Full-time position with 5 days of 8-hour shifts.
