Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality mental health services to individuals and families, focusing on promoting well-being and addressing a variety of social and emotional challenges. Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide counseling and therapy services utilizing evidence-based practices, including motivational interviewing and crisis intervention techniques.
• Offer addiction counseling and support for individuals dealing with substance use disorders.
• Collaborate with other professionals in the fields of behavioral health, child welfare, and workforce development to ensure holistic care for clients.
• Mentor junior staff and interns in social work practices, fostering a supportive learning environment.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Engage in community outreach efforts to promote awareness of mental health resources and services available to the public.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in social work.

Skills

• Strong background in social work principles and practices, particularly in behavioral health settings.
• Proficient in crisis intervention strategies and able to manage high-stress situations effectively.
• Experience with addiction counseling techniques and understanding of Medicare regulations related to mental health services.
• Ability to mentor others, providing guidance on effective social work methodologies.
• Knowledge of child welfare systems and childcare issues impacting families.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective interaction with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for maintaining client records and documentation.
