Position Summary

We are seeking committed and empathetic Part-Time In-Home Behavioral Technicians to provide individualized ABA therapy to children in the comfort of their homes. Under the clinical guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will play a vital role in supporting each child’s growth, skill development, and emotional well-being.

This position offers a meaningful opportunity to work directly with children and families while building a career in behavioral health in a flexible and supportive setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in the child’s home, focusing on skill acquisition, behavior reduction, and social-emotional development.
  • Implement individualized treatment plans designed and supervised by a BCBA.
  • Collect accurate behavioral data and session notes using electronic data collection systems.
  • Establish a positive, trusting rapport with the child and their family.
  • Maintain consistent communication with clinical supervisors to ensure quality of care.
  • Participate in required trainings and team meetings to support your professional development and effectiveness in the field.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred.
  • Experience working with children, especially those with special needs, is highly valued.
  • Compassionate, patient, and dependable with strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in family homes while adhering to ethical and professional standards.
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client homes within the service area.
  • Must pass a background check and complete or be willing to complete Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (training provided).

Schedule & Availability

  • Part-time, flexible hours based on availability (afternoons, evenings, and weekends available).
  • Consistent weekly schedules developed with your input and client needs in mind.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $21.00 - $27.00 per hour
