: Bilingual LMSW

Location: New York Metropolitan Area (Onsite)
Employment Type: Full Time, 

Compensation
Pay Range:$65000-70000/Yrs 

Description:
• Provide mental health treatment services in an outpatient setting.
• Establish therapeutic relationships and deliver individual and group therapy.
• Focus on trauma-informed care, harm reduction, and prevention.
• Support underserved populations, including those with mood disorders and the unhoused.
• Perform clinical assessments and crisis interventions.
• Maintain a therapeutic environment and advocate for client needs.
• Report to the Clinical Supervisor and participate in quality assurance processes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain confidentiality of client records.
• Complete psychosocial assessments, treatment plans, and discharges.
• Assess client risk levels and develop safety plans as needed.
• Counsel clients individually and in groups to address goals and needs.
• Utilize evidence-based approaches for patient education and medication adherence.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop treatment plans.
• Complete documentation and billing within clinical standards.

Qualifications:
• Master's Degree in Social Work.
• Current NYS licensure (LMSW or LCSW) or permit from the New York State Education Department.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in mental health and substance use counseling.
• Proficient in diagnosis, therapy, and treatment plan development.
• Bilingual in Spanish required.
