About Job

Nashville Psych, a private psychology practice, is looking for a bright, warm, empathetic, organized, trustworthy and motivated person to join our team. As a Client Care Coordinator, you are the first point of contact for potential clients and will serve as a vital link between clients and their therapists, helping with onboarding, scheduling, and billing, while ensuring seamless communication, and exceptional customer service.

We are seeking someone with experience utilizing skills in EHR systems and HIPAA compliance, to maintain confidentiality and accuracy. Experience with G Suite is a must. Previous customer service experience needed. Mental health-related experience a plus, but not required.
