Full-Time | Office-Based | Outpatient Behavioral Health

Salary: $50,000-$60,000 annually (based on experience and licensure)

A well-established behavioral health organization is seeking Licensed Counselors to join its outpatient team in Chattanooga, Morristown, Newport, or Knoxville, TN. This is a full-time, office-based position ideal for passionate professionals dedicated to improving mental health outcomes across all age groups.

Position Highlights

• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• No weekends, nights, or on-call responsibilities
• Office-based, outpatient setting

Key Responsibilities

• Provide counseling to clients across the lifespan
• Conduct clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team
• Ensure compliance with licensure, ethical standards, and internal policies
  
  

Qualifications

• Licensed or license-eligible in Tennessee as:
• LMSW, LPC, LPC in Residence, or LCSW
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills
• Ability to manage a diverse outpatient caseload
• Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous professional development
  

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual salary: $50,000-$60,000 (dependent on experience and licensure)
