Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Jefferson County Area (Arnold, Festus, Barnhart, Imperial)

Make a Bigger Impact. Grow with ABA Squad.
ABA Squad is seeking a compassionate, experienced BCBA to take on a clinical leadership role serving clients in the Jefferson County area — including Arnold, Festus, Barnhart, and Imperial. If you’re ready to make a difference, mentor a team, and lead evidence-based care, we want to meet you.

Why Join ABA Squad?
We’re a mission-driven team providing ethical, high-quality ABA services to children with autism and developmental disabilities. From 1:1 therapy to school readiness, we deliver comprehensive support — all in a culture of collaboration, inclusion, and growth.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead with Purpose: Supervise RBTs and behavior therapists; ensure treatment fidelity.
  • Shape Treatment: Conduct assessments (ABLLS, VB-MAPP), design BIPs, monitor outcomes.
  • Mentor Clinicians: Support junior BCBAs and RBTs with development and ethics.
  • Empower Families: Guide caregivers in evidence-based strategies for home and community.
  • Grow Professionally: Access CEU support, attend conferences, and advance your leadership track.
Where You’ll Serve:
This hybrid role includes remote work and in-person visits within Arnold, Festus, Barnhart, and Imperial. Travel is local and manageable, and mileage is reimbursed.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Education: Master’s in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
  • Experience: 2+ years in ABA (including assessments & BIPs)
  • Certification: Active BCBA; supervision training completed or in progress
  • Skills: Strong communicator, mentor, and problem-solver
  • Tech & Travel: Comfortable with clinical systems and local travel (valid license + insurance)
What You’ll Get:

  • Competitive Salary – Based on experience and impact
  • Work-Life Flexibility – Hybrid schedule (in-person + remote)
  • Insurance Benefits – Medical, dental, vision
  • Time Off – 20 PTO days + 8 paid holidays
  • Professional Development – CEU support, conference attendance
  • Leadership Track – Opportunities to grow into senior roles
  • Supportive Culture – Be part of a team that values your voice
