About The Role

We’re seeking a licensed therapist (LCPC, LCSW, or LMFT) licensed in North Carolina to join our growing remote team. In this role, you will provide individual therapy to adults, teens, or young adults experiencing a range of mental health challenges. You’ll enjoy the flexibility of telehealth, the autonomy to set your own schedule, and the support of a mission-driven organization focused on your clinical success.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide individual therapy via secure telehealth to a diverse caseload.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Utilize evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, mindfulness-based therapy, or EMDR.
  • Collaborate with psychiatric providers and other clinicians to coordinate care.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation using a HIPAA-compliant EHR.
  • Participate in team consults and optional continuing education opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

  • Active, unrestricted license as an LCPC, LCSW, or LMFT in North Carolina.
  • Minimum of 1 year of post-licensure clinical experience preferred.
  • Skilled in treating common concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, or life transitions.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
  • Tech-savvy and proficient in telehealth platforms and EHR systems.
  • Committed to compassionate, ethical, and evidence-informed care.
